Festival scenes? Join our volunteer team and let’s work together for the AFF. 

We are always open to new teammates.  We love working with the local community,
meeting new people and sharing the exciting Film Festival experience. If that
sounds like something that you like, contact us and let’s meet for the next
festival edition. 

We are looking for people in various
departments. 

Job descriptions
Press and Marketing: We need your hands, skills and your city
guidance to spread the word about AFF before and during the Festival. You will
be helping us make the Arctic Film Festival well-known both online and at the
city’s hotspots through our posters and programmes.

Production: You will be setting up the cinema with us and making sure that everything is going smoothly during the screenings. Get to see the projection room from the inside and discover what it takes for an event to be successfully completed. 

Guest department: Do you like talking with people and being the one that will make their Festival experience exceptional? Then the guest department is the right position for you. You will be assisting AFF guests to find their way into the venue and give them information when needed. 

Videography / Photography: Capture the event with your lens and help show us the world and the atmosphere of the Arctic Film Festival.
